  •  Applies to U.S Shipping only. Free ground shipping only applies to U.S. customers (excludes Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii). 
  • Orders marked Express will ship same day if received before 12 pm PST Monday through Friday. If an Express order is received after 12 pm PST, your order will ship the next business day.
  • Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes are sent via First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping for these locations. 

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments and may not ship all on the same day; should this apply to your order, you will receive a notification via email.

Kindly note, processing times may vary and increase during promotional periods.

 

Preorder Items

Please allow orders to be processed in 7-20 business days. We usually process within 7days, but it could take up to 20 days depending on the vendor's inventory situation. Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days (excluding national holidays), depending on the shipping location, to deliver your order.

Preorder items are not eligible for express shipping and will ship ground with tracking. For returns on preorders, you have 14 days from the day the order has shipped. We will communicate updates on shipping dates for preorders on the product page.

 

Lost or Damaged Package

Comely Studio is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that may occur in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track & monitor its status. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you. If your package is damaged or lost, Please contact the carrier.
